20 years ago, the neon market was plagued by low-quality products. Inferior neon strips cracked in the cold and melted in the heat, while materials yellowed and smelled bad. Grace saw this not just as a problem but as a responsibility. She envisioned a quality revolution, establishing JRLite's core mission: to eliminate these issues from the very beginning.
Defining a New Standard
Polyurethane Neon
In 2013, JRLite launched China's first Polyurethane Neon production line. This innovative product was UV-resistant, and non-yellowing. It demonstrated JRLite's world class manufacturing capabilities, addressing customer complaints, leading to strategic partnerships with global giants like Philips, setting a new industry standard.
The Era of Silicone &
Structure
Continuously innovating, JRLite addressed the growing demand for flexibility, ultimately validating Dow Corning silicone. In 2019, the "Close Window" design was revealed, which became an industry standard. Combined with patented, solder free Quick Connectors, this transformed complex installations into a simple "Plug and Play" process for on site customization.
