o Routing System Configuration: Includes API call configuration (add/edit/delete partner-side API services) and data dictionary configuration (centralized partner dictionary management with application requests).
o Exception Handling: Query failed partner API calls, edit funding partner status, delete call records, manually resend APIs (with success/failure feedback), and trigger manual API calls.
2. Funding Partner Management
o Displays all partner institutions.
o Supports add/edit/enable/disable/delete, configuration of business process parameters (8 submodules), batch disable.
o Provides full lifecycle partner management.
3. System Management
o Core function: notification template management (email, DingTalk, SMS).
o Supports add/edit/delete to standardize business notifications.
III. Loan Disbursement Review Management
1. Core Module
o Personal To-Do Tasks: Displays assigned cases (pending loan review/confirmation, paused, supplemental docs, returned for recheck, etc.). Supports search, logs, batch approval (confirmation stage only), lock/unlock (lock = lowest priority, red-marked), tagging, and untagging.
o Case details: review page, image view, VIN parsing, witness verification. Supports approval progress tracking, resubmission for review, return to dealers (with type/reason scripts), pause (with reason), fraud feedback (type + dealer involvement, locked), invoice verification, insurance policy date updates.
o Processed Cases: Shows all completed cases with search and detail view.
2. Comprehensive Query Module
o Loan Pending Pool: Lists unassigned cases (status: loan queue/assignment). Sorted by priority and application time. Overdue = yellow, paused = red, locked = flagged. Supports pin/unpin, lock/unlock, reassign without consuming quota, tagging.
o Public Task Pool: Displays all workflow states. Supports search, pin/unpin, lock/unlock, batch reassignment (without consuming quota), discard (with reason), tagging.
