I. Core System Functions

1.    System Login

o   Standardized login page supporting username + password with CAPTCHA verification (anti-bot).

o   Default admin account: admin / 123456.

o   Directs user to the main homepage after login.

2.    System Homepage

o   Left navigation panel with collapsible menus (e.g., Routing, Funding Partners, System Management).

o   Right section displays key information (default placeholder, customizable dashboard in development).

o   Top-right quick actions: log-off, fullscreen, lock screen (password required), change password, and logout.

II. Fund Routing Management

1.    Routing Management

o   Order Information: Displays routed order numbers, supports unlocking time-limited APIs, simulating funding partner operations (credit approval/disbursement approval/rejection, document resubmission), editing partner IDs (to resolve duplicate ID errors).

o   Routing System Configuration: Includes API call configuration (add/edit/delete partner-side API services) and data dictionary configuration (centralized partner dictionary management with application requests).

o   Exception Handling: Query failed partner API calls, edit funding partner status, delete call records, manually resend APIs (with success/failure feedback), and trigger manual API calls.

2.    Funding Partner Management

o   Displays all partner institutions.

o   Supports add/edit/enable/disable/delete, configuration of business process parameters (8 submodules), batch disable.

o   Provides full lifecycle partner management.

3.    System Management

o   Core function: notification template management (email, DingTalk, SMS).

o   Supports add/edit/delete to standardize business notifications.

III. Loan Disbursement Review Management

1.    Core Module

o   Personal To-Do Tasks: Displays assigned cases (pending loan review/confirmation, paused, supplemental docs, returned for recheck, etc.). Supports search, logs, batch approval (confirmation stage only), lock/unlock (lock = lowest priority, red-marked), tagging, and untagging.

o   Case details: review page, image view, VIN parsing, witness verification. Supports approval progress tracking, resubmission for review, return to dealers (with type/reason scripts), pause (with reason), fraud feedback (type + dealer involvement, locked), invoice verification, insurance policy date updates.

o   Processed Cases: Shows all completed cases with search and detail view.

2.    Comprehensive Query Module

o   Loan Pending Pool: Lists unassigned cases (status: loan queue/assignment). Sorted by priority and application time. Overdue = yellow, paused = red, locked = flagged. Supports pin/unpin, lock/unlock, reassign without consuming quota, tagging.

o   Public Task Pool: Displays all workflow states. Supports search, pin/unpin, lock/unlock, batch reassignment (without consuming quota), discard (with reason), tagging.

IV. Loan Disbursement Configuration Management

o   Supports add/delete (active rules must be deactivated first), edit descriptions, configure expressions.

2.    Loan Suspension Rules

o   Based on partner name, expiring agreements.

o   Supports add/edit/delete rules (name, reason, description, severity).

o   Suspension rules apply only at the final review stage.

3.    Dealer Return Scripts

o   Manages return reasons for different document types.

o   Supports add/edit/delete standardized scripts.

4.    Automated Tagging Rules

o   Configurable by department requirements.

o   Includes ID, category, sort order.

o   Supports add/edit, expression configuration, enable/disable (locked once active).

5.    Risk Alert Rules

o   Configures alerts by document type, name, content.

o   Supports add/edit, expression configuration, enable/disable.

6.    Time-Limit Utilization Rules

o   Configures time-limit rules for new vehicles.

o   Automatically locks cases upon submission if rule is triggered.
