I. Unified Multi-Cloud Resource Management
Addressing the challenge of fragmented multi-cloud resource management, the platform integrates mainstream public and private clouds via general external interfaces (e.g., Alibaba Cloud RPC, Huawei Cloud OpenAPI). Supports unified identification and status synchronization of IaaS resources such as VPCs, cloud servers, cloud databases, and security groups. A standardized adaptation layer shields protocol differences across cloud providers, enabling administrators to query, configure, and schedule multi-cloud resources through a single console.
II. Full Lifecycle Automated Management
Solving the gaps in end-to-end resource lifecycle management, the platform integrates service management with automated O&M modules to ensure closed-loop processes from provisioning to decommissioning. Tenants submit resource requests through a self-service portal; the system automatically triggers predefined workflows (e.g., compliance checks, quota validation) and invokes cloud APIs for deployment. During decommissioning, it executes backup, permission revocation, and cleanup operations to minimize manual intervention.
III. Integrated Operations & Maintenance Platform
Targeting the fragmentation of operations and O&M workflows, the platform adopts a dual-entry architecture for both operators and tenants. The operations console provides modules such as System Management, Product Management, and Work Order Management to centralize tenant configurations, resource pricing, and incident handling. The O&M side leverages Data Collection Services and Monitoring Modules to gather performance metrics (e.g., CPU utilization, storage capacity) across clouds, while Process Services enable automated alert assignment and issue resolution, enhancing collaboration efficiency.
IV. Tenant Self-Service & Unified Portal
To eliminate the inconsistency of user service experience, the platform offers a tenant self-service portal that consolidates Login Management, Organization Management, Order Management, and Billing Management. With a single login, tenants can seamlessly manage multi-cloud resources, view unified billing reports, and track order progress. The Message Center provides real-time notifications on resource expiration, system alerts, and anomalies, reducing user complexity and improving experience consistency.
V. Security Audit & Compliance Assurance
To address weaknesses in security and compliance auditing, the platform includes an Operation Audit Module that records all cross-cloud activities (operator, timestamp, action), with logs encrypted and tamper-proof. IAM services implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) with fine-grained permissions at the resource level. Sensitive data (e.g., user passwords, API keys) is encrypted both in transit and at rest, ensuring compliance with national standards such as MLPS (Multi-Level Protection Scheme).
