·        Customer Information Management: Operations side supports online entry of customer data and synchronization of credit ratings (customer status activation requires completion of credit rating information).

·        Credit Line Management: Integrates credit line data from loan systems to enable credit introduction, segmentation, and real-time monitoring, resolving the issue of fragmented quota management.

2.    Business Application and Contract Management

·        Business Application: Financing parties can submit online applications for accounts receivable financing, prepayment financing, spot financing, etc., while entering credit usage, interest rate, and trade contract data.

·        Contract Management: After review through the Business Application Management module, the system auto-generates standardized contracts (including master agreements and related guarantee, mortgage, and pledge contracts). ·        Accounts Receivable Maintenance: Financing parties can maintain accounts receivable data online, with support for OCR invoice recognition and multi-voucher entry.

·        Online Confirmation: Core enterprises use the Accounts Payable Confirmation module to review and confirm receivables online, resolving delays caused by offline confirmation.

·        Risk Prevention: The platform connects to the Credit Reference Center (中登网) to support online registration and deregistration of receivables, mitigating duplicate financing risks.

1.    Financing Application and Acceptance

·        Application: Financing parties submit financing applications online based on confirmed receivables, entering amount, usage, and related details.

·        Acceptance and Review: Financial institutions review applications via the Financing Acceptance module; the system automatically matches available credit lines, generating repayment schedules and fee plans (e.g., receivables management fees).

2.    Fee Collection and Disbursement Management

·        Fee Collection: Supports online calculation and collection of factoring fees (based on percentage or contractual pricing), with real-time verification of account balances.

·        Automated Disbursement: Disbursement is automatically linked to receivables data and credit usage. Once approval is completed, funds can be disbursed with a single click, replacing manual calculations and loan issuance.

1.    End-to-End Traceability and Validation

·        Operation Verification: All critical actions (e.g., review, confirmation, approval) require UKEY authentication to ensure security.

·        Compliance Traceability: Key steps are automatically logged with operator, timestamp, and action details to meet regulatory requirements.

2.    Collateral and Guarantee Management
Supports online management of guarantees, mortgages, and pledges, linking to master guarantee contracts. Calculates pledge ratios and available guarantee amounts in real time, reducing collateral risk.
