· Differentiates between small-scale projects (≤ RMB 500,000) and large-scale projects (> RMB 500,000) based on preset rules, aligning them with Operations Department and Risk Management Department approval workflows, ensuring standardized processes and efficient collaboration.
II. Intelligent Approval Engine
· Includes sub-functions such as “Pending Approvals” and “Processed by Me,” supporting automated task allocation and tracking. Large-scale project approvals can synchronize offline approval records into the system.
· Integrates with external systems (e.g., Qichacha) to automatically retrieve corporate registration, litigation, and public opinion information with alerts, assisting approval decision-making. Provides operation logs to ensure full traceability, solving redundant approval layers and low efficiency.
III. Integrated Information Management Platform
· Partner Management Module: Centralized maintenance of partner information (e.g., basic info, settlement accounts) for quick retrieval.
· Customer Information Management: Automatically populates core enterprise data via Qichacha APIs. Shareholder and guarantor information can be linked and reused, reducing manual input and duplication, addressing dispersed information issues.
IV. Post-Lease Intelligent Control System
· Covers repayment management (repayment reminders, overdue notifications), deferred repayment applications (supporting batch approvals for specific scenarios), and insurance management (online processing of claims and renewals).
· Automatically pushes repayment reminders and synchronizes overdue data with the collections system in real time, enhancing risk response speed and addressing delays in post-lease monitoring.
V. Contract Lifecycle Management Tools
· Supports automatic contract generation (based on credit approval information and standard templates), online querying, cancellation, reissuance, and closure.
· After signing, contracts are automatically registered with CSDC (China Securities Depository and Clearing). Within 15 days post-lease, reissued contracts can be downloaded. Contracts are automatically/manually closed upon settlement, with full operation logs retained, addressing disorganized contract management.
VI. Compliance Automation Module
· Supports batch disbursement approval during the loan disbursement phase, with automated registration via CSDC integration.
