Since 2019, Global InfoTech has continuously expanded its fintech landscape. In 2020, the company became a founding member of the Cloud Infrastructure and Application Task Force. In 2022, its independently developed “Yingda CPCO Digital Customer Management Platform” obtained dual certification from Huawei Cloud and Kunpeng, achieving stable performance in China’s domestic software and hardware environments.

In February 2025, Global InfoTech announced the integration of its financial solutions with the DeepSeek platform, driving innovation in artificial intelligence applications for finance. In July, the company signed with the Beijing Going-Global Base, marking a new chapter in its international expansion. By September, Global InfoTech had entered into a strategic partnership with Ant Digital Technologies, collaborating in areas such as intelligent customer acquisition, big data risk control, AI agents, and cross-border finance.

Looking ahead, Global InfoTech will continue to spearhead innovation in financial technology and drive global development.

In May 2015, Global InfoTech was listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange’s ChiNext Board. Following the IPO, the company established strategic partnerships with Huawei, CITIC Group, China Unicom, Industrial Bank, CCB Fintech, and others. Notably, it became the exclusive fintech strategic partner of China Financial Certification Authority (CFCA), directly under the People’s Bank of China, continuing to lead industry innovation.

Global InfoTech completed core system construction for over 10 city commercial banks and obtained both the Tier-1 qualification in Computer Information System Integration and recognition as a National High-Tech Enterprise. Beginning in 2011, the company participated in the development of China Construction Bank’s “Next-Generation” system, while its annual revenue surpassed RMB 1 billion.

In 2003, Global InfoTech supported the nationwide Data Centralization (DCC) project for China Construction Bank. The company also secured investment from the International Finance Corporation (IFC) and DEG (Germany’s development finance institution), becoming the first software company in China to receive IFC funding.

In 1999, Global InfoTech commenced operations, providing comprehensive software products, solutions, industry consulting, and IT management services to China’s financial sector. During this period, the company launched major projects such as the front-end system for Hubei Construction Bank and the core banking system for Chengdu Bank, both of which were successfully implemented.
